• 4 slices wheat bread
  • 4 slices Lacey Swiss
  • 4 slices roasted turkey, about 4 oz.
  • 2 Tbsp. cranberry sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • Arugula

Preparation Steps


  1. Lightly toast slices of bread.
  2. Spread mayonnaise on the inside of two slices of bread. Spread the cranberry sauce on one side of the other two slices.
  3. Top each of the mayonnaise-covered slices with the turkey, Lacey Swiss, and a handful of arugula.
  4. Top with the slices of bread with the cranberry sauce on them.
