Ingredients
- 4 slices wheat bread
- 4 slices Lacey Swiss
- 4 slices roasted turkey, about 4 oz.
- 2 Tbsp. cranberry sauce
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- Arugula
Preparation Steps
(SERVES 2)
- Lightly toast slices of bread.
- Spread mayonnaise on the inside of two slices of bread. Spread the cranberry sauce on one side of the other two slices.
- Top each of the mayonnaise-covered slices with the turkey, Lacey Swiss, and a handful of arugula.
- Top with the slices of bread with the cranberry sauce on them.
