Ingredients
- 2 slices Baby Swiss
- 4 slices pastrami
- 2 slices dark rye bread
- Whole grain mustard
- 2 or 3 slices tomato
- Romaine lettuce
- Pickle spears
Preparation Steps
- Toast the slices of bread depending on preference.
- Spread mustard on both slices of bread.
- On one slice, pile the lettuce, tomato slices, pastrami and Swiss cheese in that order. Top with the other slice of bread.
- Serve with pickle spears.
